This website is operated by BBC Worldwide Limited (we, us or our). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 1420028 and have our registered office at 1 Television Centre, 101 Wood Lane, London W12 7FA. Our VAT number is 333289454.
Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) carefully. By accessing and using our website and any content and features therein you indicate your acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy the Code of Conduct and any other notices, guidelines and rules published by us on our website from time to time (each of which is incorporated into the Terms by this reference). The Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Code of Conduct can be accessed from links at the bottom of our webpages.

BBC Store has now closed what does this mean for me?
Your BBC Store Account has been closed and you will no longer be able to watch your purchased programmes.
Please note, this will not delete your BBC account and you will still be able to sign in to BBC iPlayer and other BBC services.
As result the BBC account Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will still apply.
What about my data?
BBCW and the BBC group take your privacy seriously.
Following the closure of BBC Store, we have archived the purchase and refund details of all customers and will retain this data for as long as required to comply with our statutory obligations.
If you use other BBC Worldwide services or are subscribed to our emails, we may also keep a record of your purchases and refund status in our central marketing database.
Information about your processed payments, including your card number and billing address, will be retained by our payment processor as required for VAT reporting and other legal purposes.

Am I entitled to a refund?
All customers have been offered a full refund so they don’t lose out financially.

Gift Cards
If you have an unused BBC Store Gift Card please refer to our Help and Support page for more information.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
You have 13 months from the date your physical Gift Card was purchased to contact us.
Availability of Content
Your BBC Store Account has been closed and you will no longer be able to watch your purchased programmes. For more information please see our Help and Support page.
Use of this website
We take great care to make content to the highest editorial, ethical and technical standards. However, we are not responsible or liable for anything that happens to you if:
